Maybe I had a premonition, maybe I had been to the game in a previous life. I am thinking, maybe not to the above assertions.
On my website: http://www.hoopwriters.com I predicted that No. 4 Pitt would upset No. 1 UConn 74-68. The actual score to the game was 76-68.
I also said that DeJuan Blair would own Hasheem Thabeet. Even I did not know how one sided that match up would be. Blair finished the game with 22 points and 23 rebounds.
Even more surprising was Pitt's overall dominance on the boards.
